Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current license or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Proven experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Ability to support students with diverse communication needs across K-12
  • Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to students
  • Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Engage in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for interventions or classroom accommodations
  • Stay up to date with current best practices in speech-language pathology relevant to school environments
