We're seeking a skilled and caring professional to provide high-quality speech-language services in a contract role, with opportunities for both current and next school years (CSY & NSY). This full-time opportunity can also be tailored for part-time availability depending on your needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Proven experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to support students with diverse communication needs across K-12
- Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to students
- Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Engage in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for interventions or classroom accommodations
- Stay up to date with current best practices in speech-language pathology relevant to school environments
