Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active California SLP license, or eligible for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus, but skilled new graduates are welcome
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to working with children
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support classroom integration
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Serve as an active member of multidisciplinary teams for student services
• Travel between up to three elementary campuses as needed
