Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Turlock, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current California SLP license or eligibility
• Either Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a school setting
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students across three schools
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sessions, progress, and compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
• Collaborate regularly with teachers and school staff to support student learning in the classroom
• Provide guidance and resources to families to reinforce progress at home
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as appropriate
