Step into a dynamic school-based environment as an Onsite Speech Language Pathologist, where your expertise will support students from Pre K through 12th grade. Whether assisting with compensatory service needs across multiple schools or embracing a focused caseload at a single site, your skills will help students thrive academically and personally. Flexible opportunities are available, including summer services and roles with potential for renewal in upcoming academic years.

Current needs include:

  • Compensatory Services SLP: Travel between sites to provide compensatory services for students in all grades (Pre K–12). Complete structured service assignments with a manageable caseload. Summer support required from June 1 through June 30.
  • Elementary School SLP: Work at one elementary location serving a caseload of 45–55 students from Pre K to 6th grade. Comfort with Paddynet documentation is essential.
  • Additional roles anticipated for the next school year in both elementary (Pre K–5th grade) and middle school (6th–8th grade) settings, at single locations with similar caseloads.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Paddynet or similar platforms for documenting services.
  • Exceptional communication with parents, teachers, administrators, and staff via email, phone, and school communication systems.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage scheduling, including IEP meetings and parent conferences, using Google Calendar.
  • Strong background in completing and documenting evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEPs, and data reviews.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple grade levels and adapting support where it’s needed most.
  • Contract SLPs with a willingness to renew for future terms are especially valued.
