School Speech Language Pathologist - Tustin, California

Make an impact supporting students in the San Juan Capistrano area as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a full-time, contract basis. Multiple positions are available to cover school-based leaves of absence, with high chances of extended opportunities through the academic year.

You’ll collaborate onsite with educators, families, and students at the preschool, elementary, and middle school level, serving an average caseload of about 55 students per SLP. Positions begin as soon as possible or this September, and run through December—with a strong possibility of finishing out the full school year.

What you'll bring:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License
• Prior experience working within school settings (preschool, elementary, or middle school strongly valued)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans

What you’ll do:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and direct therapy to students
• Develop and maintain individualized education plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Support students across various age groups, adapting strategies for preschool, elementary, and middle school learners
• Consult with educators and families to ensure effective interventions
• Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
