School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Twin Lake, Michigan

This position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and runs from August 18, 2026, through June 11, 2027. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated school team, contributing your specialized skills to promote student success and growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized educational plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports
• Provide direct therapy services both individually and in group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued resource to school staff
• Deliver in-service training and support to teachers regarding speech and language issues
