Desired Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs) or an approved associate/bachelor’s degree with state licensure (for SLPAs)
• Valid state licensure/certification or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical knowledge—SLP-CCC, CFY, or SLPA experience in school or healthcare preferred
• Teletherapy experience welcomed, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to supporting diverse learners in both elementary and middle school environments

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students
