Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders (for SLP)
• Valid state licensure as SLP or SLPA

• Experience in elementary education or pediatric populations valued
• Comfortable with or interested in teletherapy service delivery
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Team-oriented mindset and a passion for student development

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication services to an elementary caseload
• Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for coordinated student care
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development activities
• Maintain timely documentation and support compliance with all relevant regulations
• Utilize teletherapy platforms as appropriate for service delivery
