Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current Speech Language Pathologist certification (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Eligible for state licensure in Missouri
- Demonstrated experience with high school populations preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for empowering students through evidence-based language and speech interventions
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups
- Track student progress, maintain comprehensive records, and report on outcomes
- Partner closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster supportive educational plans
- Contribute to a positive school culture and advocate for inclusive practices
