School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Union, Mississippi

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement goals-driven, individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and family members
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress monitoring
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
