Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP or CFY applicants accepted)
  • Prior experience working in educational or pediatric settings
  • Deep understanding of IEP procedures and development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students with identified speech/language needs
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized education plan (IEP) goals
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development initiatives
