Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology integration
  • Strong understanding of IEPs, assessment tools, and intervention planning
  • Ability to communicate compassionately with students, parents, and staff

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide therapy services both onsite and via teletherapy as scheduled
  • Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to support student progress
  • Document sessions, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings as required
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices
