Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate
- Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and relevant state licensure
- Demonstrated experience providing speech-language services in school environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to commute regularly to multiple designated campuses
- Previous experience with elementary-aged caseloads preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language therapy to students at designated sites, tailoring interventions to meet individual IEP goals
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students for the full-time school assignment, effectively tracking progress and maintaining compliance with documentation
- Participate in initial training sessions in mid-August; prepare to engage as students return to school for the academic year
- Collaborate with teachers, counseling staff, and families to maximize student success
- Travel between assigned school locations within Washington and Greene Counties per weekly schedule
- Attend IEP meetings, contribute to assessment and reevaluation processes, and provide consultation as needed
