Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate
• Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and relevant state licensure
• Demonstrated experience providing speech-language services in school environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to commute regularly to multiple designated campuses
• Previous experience with elementary-aged caseloads preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person speech-language therapy to students at designated sites, tailoring interventions to meet individual IEP goals
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students for the full-time school assignment, effectively tracking progress and maintaining compliance with documentation
• Participate in initial training sessions in mid-August; prepare to engage as students return to school for the academic year
• Collaborate with teachers, counseling staff, and families to maximize student success
• Travel between assigned school locations within Washington and Greene Counties per weekly schedule
• Attend IEP meetings, contribute to assessment and reevaluation processes, and provide consultation as needed

This contract role offers a stable, structured daily schedule—Monday through Friday, with regular school hours—spanning the full academic year through early June.
