Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license in Pennsylvania
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • School-based SLP experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting elementary-aged students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech/language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of around 55 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student success
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
