Key Qualifications:
- Hold current credentials as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist - CCC or CFY) or as a licensed SLPA
- Prior experience working in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations across elementary to high school levels
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to suit varying student needs and goals
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Integrate innovative therapy materials and technology into sessions
