Key Qualifications:

  • Hold current credentials as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist - CCC or CFY) or as a licensed SLPA
  • Prior experience working in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations across elementary to high school levels
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to suit varying student needs and goals
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to optimize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Integrate innovative therapy materials and technology into sessions
