Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP accepted
- Experience in school-based SLP roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions to students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute documentation as needed
- Adapt and deliver therapy sessions in onsite or virtual formats, depending on assignment
- Track student goals and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance and positive outcomes
