The assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Previous schools-based experience as an SLP preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with students in diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- Ability to deliver services individually and in group settings
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable, student-centered goals
- Conduct bilingual assessments and maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ needs
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and supervision sessions
- Offer guidance and mentorship to newer therapists or SLPAs if needed
