Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Bilingual proficiency is a must (English/Spanish preferred)
• Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings highly valued
• Comfort with supervising a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is preferred (note: supervision responsibilities apply only to SLPs, not CFYs)
• Willingness to accept CFY candidates with supervision provided, though those with CCC are preferred
• Commitment to an on-site, full-time (37.5 hours/week) schedule

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and intervention for students in school settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families, to promote student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Supervise a bilingual SLPA, offering guidance and support in service delivery
• Participate in IEP development and meetings as needed
• Ensure culturally relevant, bilingual communication strategies are used in therapy
