School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is currently seeking licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) for multiple school-based openings near San Antonio, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment while making a meaningful impact on students’ communication development and academic success.

Position Details:

• Full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week)
• 2026–2027 school year assignment
• School-based setting
• Monolingual and bilingual Spanish caseloads available
• Bilingual candidates must complete Lead SLP screening/vetting
• Collaborative special education and therapy team environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Deliver services in accordance with Texas education and licensure standards

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• School-based experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred for select caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
