Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid SLP-CCC or working toward Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Pediatric and school-based SLP experience strongly valued
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Dedication to serving elementary-aged populations
  • Eagerness to collaborate with multidisciplinary support teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech, language, and communication interventions to elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct thorough assessments and produce clear, actionable reports
  • Consult with teachers, families, and staff to optimize student progress
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation per district and legal requirements
  • Provide direct and virtual (teletherapy) services as needed
