This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is perfect for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) skilled at engaging diverse student populations and adept at navigating the unique dynamics of a school district.

For this position, you’ll provide essential SLP services within a well-structured schedule, working collaboratively with educators and staff to help students reach their potential. You’ll work a consistent 35-hour week between the hours of 7:15AM and 4PM, serving a single campus from now through June 10, 2027.

Experience in schools is crucial, as is a deep understanding of the distinct needs and strengths found in urban districts. Your commitment and adaptability will be valued assets as you make a daily impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLP license and ASHA CCC credential
  • Prior school-based SLP experience required
  • Experience in middle and/or high school settings preferred
  • Strong ability to support students in an urban school environment
  • Capacity to complete all Pennsylvania state and district clearances
  • Comfortable working onsite only (no virtual option)
  • Reliable transportation to fulfill all onsite obligations
  • Flexibility to work within fixed hours; no alternate schedules available

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned students
  • Complete required paperwork, progress reporting, and IEP documentation
  • Effectively manage a middle and high school caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other student support activities
