School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Upper Darby, Pennsylvania

In this role, you will:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary-age students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
• Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Offer consultative support and training for school staff to facilitate strategies that enhance student communication outcomes
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom experience that enriches learning opportunities for all students

Qualifications:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, especially at the elementary level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with young students, staff, and families
