What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations for students across grade levels
  • Develop targeted IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy, adapting your approach as needed
  • Maintain enthusiastic, collaborative partnerships with teachers, families, and IEP teams to ensure student support
  • Document all services and progress according to school policies and best practices

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification or eligibility to obtain it
  • Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus, though not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a sincere passion for helping children
  • Commitment to delivering therapy services on-site

Role Details:

  • Both full-time and part-time positions are available to fit your schedule
  • Serve students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • All services are provided on-site in the school environment
