What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapy, ensuring students receive personalized support
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary IEP teams for holistic student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and school guidelines

Desired Background & Credentials:

  • Active Maryland SLP License
  • Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain certification
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their educational experience
