Qualifications:
- Hold a current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Ohio

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students with varying needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress towards IEP goals
- Complete thorough evaluations, re-evaluations, and documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights and recommendations
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with special education laws
