Available Roles:
- Position 1: Full-time assignment from August 19th through May 29th, 2027. Work with approximately 50 elementary and middle school students, delivering impactful interventions and collaboration with educators and families.
- Position 2: Part-time opening (3.5 days per week), covering a caseload of around 32 autistic students (K-12) for the same term. Serve across two nearby campuses, supporting students' diverse needs with individualized strategies and care.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfort with IEPs and progress documentation
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations, including those with autism
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Partner with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student growth
- Monitor and report on student progress using data-driven approaches
- Maintain compliant records and actively participate in team meetings
