Position Details:

Location: Central Ohio area
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract
Setting: School-Based (K–12)
Schedule: Monday–Friday during school hours
Caseload: Based on district needs and candidate experience

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
Support students with articulation, language development, fluency, social communication, and related speech-language needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
