Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active licensure as an SLP in New York State or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Proficiency in evaluating and developing individualized therapy plans for students with varying speech and language needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans for a mixed caseload ranging from preschool through high school students
• Implement evidence-based interventions, targeting speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to tailor support for each student
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required
• Provide consultative recommendations to school staff to foster inclusive classroom environments
