This role provides the chance to work with diverse student populations—ranging from PreK to 12th grade—and tackle unique challenges, particularly in a residential facility where you’ll make a meaningful impact after traditional school hours.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State-appropriate SLP license or willingness to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• School-based and/or AAC device experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to K-12 students, including those with severe communication needs
• Conduct student assessments and craft actionable IEP goals
• Implement therapy plans, fostering functional communication through AAC devices where appropriate
• Consult and collaborate with educators, specialists, and families in a supportive setting
