Key Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt services for students across grades K-12
  • Commitment for the duration of the full academic year

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team to support student progress
  • Supervise and coordinate with SLPAs in delivering high-quality services
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with educational standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the larger educational community
