Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt services for students across grades K-12
- Commitment for the duration of the full academic year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team to support student progress
- Supervise and coordinate with SLPAs in delivering high-quality services
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with educational standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the larger educational community
