Make a meaningful impact in the educational community by providing essential speech and language support to students for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite, full-time contract opportunity begins August 11, 2026, and concludes June 6, 2027. You will collaborate closely with students and staff to deliver targeted interventions and services in an engaging school environment.

In this position, you may choose between several caseload options, including working exclusively at one site or across two sites, serving Special Day Classes ranging from intensive needs to mild/moderate supports, and supporting students from transitional kindergarten through post-secondary programs. Each caseload offers opportunities to tailor your expertise and connect with learners at critical stages of their development.

What You’ll Need:

  • Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist certification/licensure in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to support students with intensive and mild/moderate disabilities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Dedication to onsite, in-person delivery of services

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and deliver direct speech/language therapy
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
  • Provide consultation to teachers and families
  • Track and document student progress to ensure compliance and success
  • Advocate for each student’s communication needs
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
