You’ll support diverse learners by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech and language disorders, empowering students to achieve their fullest potential in the classroom and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct detailed evaluations for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting communication, articulation, language, and fluency skills
- Track, document, and analyze each student’s progress to ensure effective interventions
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to coordinate care
- Actively involve families and caregivers in therapy, offering guidance and education
Qualifications and experience that will set you apart:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current, valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Skilled at communicating with children, families, and educational professionals
- Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations is an asset
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
