You’ll support diverse learners by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech and language disorders, empowering students to achieve their fullest potential in the classroom and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct detailed evaluations for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting communication, articulation, language, and fluency skills
  • Track, document, and analyze each student’s progress to ensure effective interventions
  • Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to coordinate care
  • Actively involve families and caregivers in therapy, offering guidance and education

Qualifications and experience that will set you apart:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current, valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Skilled at communicating with children, families, and educational professionals
  • Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations is an asset
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
