Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials considered
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
  • Strong evaluation, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset and effective communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy services to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, progress, and services
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student needs and progress to parents, teachers, and administrators
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Provide support, strategies, and resources to staff and families to maximize student growth and independence

This position offers the flexibility of a contract role paired with the stability of a full-time schedule throughout the academic year.
