What we're looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows highly encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in working within educational settings, especially across K-12 age groups
• Excellent communication skills, compassion, and adaptability
• Proficiency with assessment tools and IEP documentation
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Design and implement targeted therapy plans, both individual and group
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Complete required ETR/IEP assessments, documentation, and reporting
• Offer guidance and training to staff and families on speech-language strategies
• Participate actively in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
