Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure (California)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric/school-aged students highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Provide ongoing therapy targeting speech and language objectives
- Track, document, and report on student progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated, holistic care
- Involve and educate families throughout the therapy process
