Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license or certification (CCC)
- Open to SLP-CFY candidates seeking clinical fellowship experience
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Ability to contribute to IEP development and track student progress
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Design and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and the AAC specialist to support students using augmentative and alternative communication devices
- Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and communicate clearly with families
- Actively participate in team consultations, utilizing the experience and support offered by lead therapists
