Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license or certification (CCC)
  • Open to SLP-CFY candidates seeking clinical fellowship experience
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Ability to contribute to IEP development and track student progress
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Design and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and the AAC specialist to support students using augmentative and alternative communication devices
  • Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and communicate clearly with families
  • Actively participate in team consultations, utilizing the experience and support offered by lead therapists
