Desired Requirements:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Design and deliver individualized therapy plans based on student goals and IEPs

  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide both direct and consultative services as needed
