Required Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Teaching Certification.
- Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome.
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but all applicants with a passion for student progress are encouraged to apply.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary education teams to create supportive learning strategies.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
- Provide both direct therapy and indirect services, such as student observation and staff consultation.
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and actively participate in creating positive outcomes for students.
