Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but clinical fellows are welcome
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans and measurable goals
• Deliver individualized and group speech-language services
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
