Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but clinical fellows are welcome
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans and measurable goals
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language services
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
