Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Valencia, California

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain
• Eligible for Georgia state licensure
• Experience in school-based settings and familiarity with IEP processes preferred
• Background working with AAC devices is an asset
• Open to recent graduates and clinical fellows (CFY)
• SLPA credentials and healthcare/teletherapy experience valued

Primary Duties:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing challenges
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Track student progress, modifying approaches as necessary to maximize outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other medical professionals for coordinated care
• Support a diverse student population across a range of communication disorders
