Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain
- Eligible for Georgia state licensure
- Experience in school-based settings and familiarity with IEP processes preferred
- Background working with AAC devices is an asset
- Open to recent graduates and clinical fellows (CFY)
- SLPA credentials and healthcare/teletherapy experience valued
Primary Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing challenges
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Track student progress, modifying approaches as necessary to maximize outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other medical professionals for coordinated care
- Support a diverse student population across a range of communication disorders
