Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy SLP roles
- Work with AAC devices and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes preferred
- Open to SLPs at all experience levels, including Clinical Fellows (CFY) and SLP Assistants (SLPA)
Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing abilities
- Develop and adapt individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions
- Monitor student progress, update documentation, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and allied professionals
