We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to serve learners in a school-based setting near Vallejo, CA. Work closely with a collaborative team to help students develop essential skills for academic and personal success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP and current CCC credential
  • Experience providing school-based speech/language services to children and adolescents
  • Strong understanding of IEP (Individualized Education Program) documentation and special education processes
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students, utilizing a variety of assessment tools
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide expert recommendations for educational strategies
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and regulatory requirements
  • Guide and support classroom staff and families with practical communication strategies
  • Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment that empowers every learner
