School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Vallejo, California

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP-CCC credential required
• California state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are also welcome
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Organizational ability for managing caseload, documentation, and IEP participation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student achievement
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all federal and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on language development
