Step into an exciting opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 school year, or begin as soon as possible! This contract role offers both full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time options to fit your lifestyle. You'll be working primarily across one or two school sites, allowing you to build strong connections with students and staff while maintaining manageable transitions between locations.

Caseloads are structured for your success, with full-time SLPs managing up to 65 students. You’ll play a key role helping children thrive academically and socially by evaluating speech and language skills, developing tailored intervention plans, and collaborating with educational teams. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs
  • Experience managing IEPs and tracking student progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Write and maintain accurate documentation for IEPs and service delivery
  • Attend staff meetings and parent conferences as required
  • Monitor and report on each student’s progress
