Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; strong Clinical Fellows may be considered based on placement
  • Excellent organizational abilities and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated dependability and professional demeanor

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language needs
  • Perform comprehensive case management, including IEP documentation and collaboration with educators and families
  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language abilities and inform intervention plans
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to student needs
  • Maintain regular communication with parents, teachers, and other team members to support student progress
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
