Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a contract role in a vibrant school setting near Vallejo, CA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions focusing on a range of speech and language goals
  • Diligently document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP documentation as required
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care for each student
  • Offer guidance and support to families, keeping them informed and involved in the therapy process

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants also encouraged
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a cooperative member of a multidisciplinary team
