Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language impairments
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Provide engaging therapy sessions focusing on a range of speech and language goals
- Diligently document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP documentation as required
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care for each student
- Offer guidance and support to families, keeping them informed and involved in the therapy process
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants also encouraged
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a cooperative member of a multidisciplinary team
