What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language needs
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans grounded in evidence-based practices
• Provide engaging therapeutic sessions targeting speech, language, and communication skills
• Carefully track progress, maintaining detailed records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate closely with educators, school staff, and families to ensure coordinated, student-centered care
• Serve as a resource to families, empowering them to participate actively in the intervention process

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
• Previous experience working with children or within a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
