Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students in a vibrant K-12 district. This full-time contract role is designed for both experienced SLP-CCCs and motivated SLP-CFs, ready to make a difference throughout the entire 2026-2027 school year. Located near Vallejo, CA, you will have the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators while fostering communication growth in diverse student populations.

In this role, you will:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
  • Monitor student progress and participate in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
  • Educate and empower students, staff, and parents to facilitate carry-over of skills across settings
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology

Desired qualifications & experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Experience in K-12 school settings is preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering student success and inclusive practices
