Speech Language Pathologist in Vallejo, CA

Speech Language Pathologists in this role will serve a diverse student population, collaborating with educators and families to create individualized intervention plans and foster communication success in the classroom and beyond.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license or eligibility
• SLP-CCC credential or Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidacy
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing equitable, student-centered services

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students across K-12 grades
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Deliver services in a variety of settings: inclusion, pull-out, and consultative models
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
