Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying needs across a diverse student caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in compliance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
  • Provide guidance, resources, and education to teachers and parents regarding communication challenges
