School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Valley Springs, California

Start an exciting chapter as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist serving K-12 students for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to impact students’ communication skills and success within a supportive educational environment. You’ll play a vital role providing comprehensive services across a diverse caseload, ensuring each student’s needs are met with compassion and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience working with school-aged populations (K-12 preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy services in-person to students from kindergarten through high school
• Implement evidence-based interventions targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Maintain timely, accurate records and progress reports according to school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on speech and language development
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth
• Provide resources and support to classroom staff to facilitate carryover of skills
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
