Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Experience with articulation, language, and pragmatic disorders in a school-based setting
- Knowledge of teletherapy (SLP Teletherapy/VOCO) is a plus
- Commitment to best practices for diverse student populations
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services in articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social communication
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards
- Adapt to onsite or teletherapy service models as needed
