Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure to provide SLP services (or the ability to obtain)
• Minimum of one year’s experience working with pediatric or school-aged children
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and comfort delivering remote therapy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students virtually
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions via VOCO teletherapy platform
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Monitor progress, document services, and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise toward student goals
