Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (Indiana or eligible for reciprocity)
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Proficient with teletherapy platforms and related technology
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students using a teletherapy platform
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the individual needs of remote learners
- Offer consultation and resources for teachers and caregivers as appropriate
