Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Valparaiso, IN

We are seeking two dedicated SLP professionals to support students for the 2026-2027 academic year. Both onsite and VOCO candidates are encouraged to explore this rewarding contract opportunity.

What you bring:

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience providing speech and language services in school-based settings
• Familiarity with elementary and/or middle school student populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work across multiple buildings or embrace a virtual/remote model

Anticipated responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in designated caseloads (ranging from 45-55 students)
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and attend IEP meetings as required
• Collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
• Document progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment, promoting student growth and communication success

Position details:

• Contract assignment from August 2026 through May 2027
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• SLP #1: Support one elementary and one middle school building
• SLP #2: Serve two middle school buildings
• Caseloads focus on speech and language needs for elementary and/or middle school students
• Open to on-site and VOCO (virtual/online) candidates
