We're looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract assignment, with one position remaining on a welcoming team led by a highly supportive director. In this full-time role (37.5 hours per week), you'll have the chance to work closely with students, staff, and families to support student success and communication goals. Whether you hold your CCC or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your expertise will be valued and supported in this collaborative setting.

Key Requirements:

  • Current or eligible Indiana SLP licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Passion for working with intermediate/elementary-age students
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging assessment and therapy services to 5th grade students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Develop, monitor, and document IEPs and student progress
  • Help create a supportive, inclusive environment for all learners
  • Provide consultation and training for staff regarding speech and language best practices
