Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students’ communication and learning needs in a collaborative school environment. Multiple contract openings are available for certified SLPs (CCC preferred) with the flexibility to tailor your schedule. These roles are in elementary, intermediate, and middle school settings, each with unique caseloads and student populations. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license in Indiana
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
  • School-based SLP experience required
  • Comfortable managing diverse student caseloads (ranging from 70 to 100 students)
  • SLPAs not considered at this time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapeutic intervention to students with communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments and collaborate on IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and parents, supporting inclusive classroom participation
  • Maintain timely documentation and stay in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Collaborate with team members (including available SLAs) for optimal student support
  • Participate in meetings, ongoing professional learning, and multidisciplinary consultations

Enjoy the advantages of a contract role offering flexible, 7-hour workdays (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and schedule customization). Travel SLPs are welcome, as assignments may require working at more than one school. Openings allow you to focus on early learners in developmental preschool through first grade or cover elementary through middle school populations. Support levels are available and open to discussion based on placement and licensure.
