A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Valparaiso, Indiana, focusing on K-12 students. This contract role offers a 35-hour work week, spanning from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027. The position involves providing speech and language support services within a school environment, supporting students of all grade levels to improve communication skills essential for academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate student support.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
