Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience working in a school setting is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting goals and approaches as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and collaborate with classroom teachers and parents to support student success
